The Role
Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics Limited
The Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics was established in 2020 by The Chinese University of Hong Kong under the support of the InnoHK Clusters of the HKSAR government, with research contributions from the University of California, Berkeley.
The Centre focuses on the research and development (R&D) of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for “future workplace” as well as innovative solutions to the “pressing problems” in the logistics industry. Our centre located in Hong Kong Science Park.
We are looking for Embedded Engineer
We rely on you to:
• Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining embedded software and hardware systems for robots.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to ensure the stability of the robot system design.
• Responsible for testing, debugging and improving embedded software.
• Complete the corresponding development, testing and other documents to form reference materials.
Those with motor driver development experience will be given priority.
We are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Familiar with C/C++ programming language and embedded system development.
• Familiar with ARM chips and DSP, and real-time operating systems.
• Familiar with robot software and hardware systems, such as sensors, motion control and communication protocols.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing robot embedded systems or motor drivers.
• Passionate about robots, with teamwork and communication skills, and good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
