Procurement Manager

C3 AI is hiring a Procurement Manager located onsite at our Headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The Procurement Manager is responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers, ensuring that the company receives the best possible terms and price. This includes partnering with company stakeholders to research and identify prospective suppliers, evaluate products and services, and negotiate price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective suppliers
• Evaluate products and services
• Negotiate price, quality, delivery, and payment terms with suppliers
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts
• Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, contract negotiation, or a related field including in software licensing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, cross functionally, and as a part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
