Senior Manager, Global Benefits

We’re looking for a Senior Benefits Manager to join our Total Rewards team at Klaviyo. This individual will have the opportunity to help shape the design of our benefits and fringe offerings. This position will play a key role in the implementation and administration of benefits plans across the company.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Oversees the strategy and program management of all Global Benefits (US, AU and UK for now).
• Manages the relationships with our vendors, brokers and consultants to ensure we’re getting the right level of service.
• Ensures exceptional customer service for all of our employees.
• Multi-year strategic planning to ensure we have a scalable, valued, and inclusive total rewards program.
• Drives process improvement across rewards programs.
• Rolls out amazing communications, branding, and programs that sell the value proposition of our incredible benefits offerings to our Klaviyos and their families.
• As a member of our integrated Total Rewards team, supports all team priorities.
• Manages a team of ambitious high-slope Klaviyos that support and enable well-being.

Who You Are

• BA degree in a related field
• You have 8+ years experience working with benefits programs and analysis, including previous experience managing 401k committees and leave administration
• Strong project management skills and the ability to seamlessly toggle between long term planning and short term execution
• You enjoy building things and continually strive to do things better than the status quo. You are intellectually curious.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence and outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You are able to work cross functionally with different areas of an organization.
