What you’ll do

As a Senior QA Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a subject-matter expert in the scope of one or more feature teams;
  • Be the user champion and ensure the best experience for our users by challenging product specifications;
  • Defining test strategy during project planning and development in relation with product managers and engineers;
  • Ensuring that the feature team has a common understanding of how to guarantee highest standards of quality;
  • Take the lead on initiatives to reduce bug injection and facilitate defect investigations (exploratory testing, dialogue with tech support teams...).

What we look for is someone who is proactive, involved, curious, and collaborative. You will enable your team to write test-driven, resilient and scalable code. You will improve the experience and satisfaction of our users by ensuring that we have the necessary test coverage to stop bugs from making it to production.

Your skills

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • are comfortable with English;
  • have experience in a hyper-growth environment;
  • are already familiar with tools such as Capibara and Selenium - and we'd love it if you have ideas how we can improve and erase gaps;
  • have experience in planning, designing and delivering testing strategies in a feature team.
