We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as a Co-founder and shape the future of our media house.

Job Overview:

As a Co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of our Media House. You will work closely with the founder to develop and execute the company's vision, strategy, and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the media industry and contribute to the development of a dynamic and innovative organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to define the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic direction, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the areas of creative agency, forging partnerships and building a strong client base.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the media house, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient resource allocation, and high-quality project execution across multiple service lines.
  • Team Building: Attract, recruit, and mentor a talented and diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Client Engagement: Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering innovative and effective solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the media industry, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation, expansion, and differentiation.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Brand Building: Drive the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies to position the New Age Media House as a leader in the industry, elevating its visibility and reputation.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, talent, and brands to drive growth, collaboration, and mutual success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, implementing effective strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of the media house.

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proven experience in a startup environment or co-founding role, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial mindset, vision, and drive.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the media and entertainment industry and Digital Contents.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management abilities, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Business Acumen: Sound business judgment, with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities, drive revenue growth, and manage financial performance.
  • Network and Relationships: Extensive network and connections within the media industry, including influencers, brands, talent, and industry professionals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans, driving innovation, and adapting to changing market dynamics.
