TESMO is a rapidly expanding Amazon channel management company, and we're seeking an Amazon Demand Planning Specialist to assist with our inventory replenishment processes for our clients.

Who we are:
We're an eCommerce agency specializing in the Amazon marketplace. We work primarily with medium-to-large consumer products companies in the US and Canada. Verticals we operate in include outdoor apparel, athletic apparel, pet treats, spices & herbs, skincare, beard products, diaper bags, and more.
We have a main office in Torrance, CA (in the Greater Los Angeles area), a fulfillment center, and a diverse team of nearly 30 members across the US and the globe.

Who we need:
We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Amazon Demand Planning Specialist with 1-5 years of related experience. This is a hybrid role, so excellent communication and self-management skills are essential.
Specific accountabilities, skills, and responsibilities:
As the Amazon Demand Planning Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating our inventory replenishment process from end-to-end.
Key accountabilities include:
- Creating, verifying, and submitting demand planning files for review
- Creating shipments within Seller Central and compiling the information to clients’ fulfillment teams
- Monitoring inbound shipments for delays and reported problems
- Requesting new product information from clients and uploading it into our databases
- Analyzing and synthesizing customer returns data
- Updating our demand curve on a regular basis
- Various reporting and data entry tasks

Our best fit will be familiar with all of the above or have experience working with similar software.
Location:
This is a hybrid role. You’ll be required to be in-office at our Torrance, California location two times a week.
Requirements/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- 1+ years experience working in the Amazon space
- 2-3 years of purchasing/ demand planning/ operations planning experience a plus!
- Passionate about ecommerce and committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and driving both company and client success
Salary range:
$50K-$65K commensurate with experience
