We are looking for an Application Integration Engineer responsible for customer configurations, maintaining and supporting technological aspects for the full suite of Sorcero products for customers. You will be part of the Implementation Services team, contributing to customer needs and objectives, executing against a defined customer onboarding process, and defining and testing implementation configuration tooling.

The Application Integration Engineer will play a critical part in enabling customers to the Sorcero platform and be highly proficient in technical configurations and problem solving customer implementations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in implementing and integrating software solutions, preferably in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, or Learning Intelligence domains. This role will help develop and contribute to enhancements of the customer onboarding process to meet high growth demands and be a configuration expert in existing and new Sorcero products as they become available.

The Application Integration Engineer manages multiple complex tasks and priorities while maintaining the ability to engage with team members and customers when necessary in a professional and timely manner. This individual maintains control during challenging project situations and exudes confidence to other team members and our customers.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with the ability to execute quickly and someone who thrives on developing new technology, challenging the status quo and is not afraid to ask questions. A good fit for this role might be an Application Integration Engineer who has expertise in the Life Sciences domain and a natural curiosity for big data and analytics. Role and Responsibilities:

Configure and validate technical aspects of customer projects including data mapping and ingestion, ontology set-ups, project and API settings and assisting with dashboard and analytics configuration to support customer requirements

Configure customer projects, performing systems testing and assisting in system analysis to debug customer and implementation issues

Analyze customer source data, data sourced from Sorcero Scientific Content Repository (SSCR), validate data processing, monitor, and troubleshoot data issues for customers

Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks and ensure timely completion of customers priority driven needs

Provide system configuration support based on changing customer needs

Execute acceptance testing for implementation tooling and perform checkouts for new product releases

Develop expertise in the features and technical configuration of all Sorcero’s products and application

Follow and aid in the development of configuration standards, best practices and procedures

Make changes to existing configuration processes and maintain proper documentation / logs

Required Qualifications:

B.S or Certification in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

2 -5+ years relevant experience in in Technical Configuration, Application Support roles

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Familiarity or experience working in Google Cloud Platform

Familiarity or experience configuring dashboards and reporting for data analytics

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, and the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities and deadlines

Ability to show initiative and work independently with a high tolerance for ambiguity

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to support 3 hours in EST during each work day

Preferred Experience:

Customer Onboarding or SaaS solution implementation

Background in Life Sciences industry

Experience in the following technologies that support SaaS applications: Vue.js, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Python, FastAPI

Understanding of object oriented technologies (java, python, ruby on rails, APEX,. net, C#)

Exposure to Natural Language Processing technology and/or Literature Monitoring processes

Ability for occasional travel
