Primary Responsibilities:
● Use of various lead generation methods (face-to-face, cold calling, networking) in order to increase the number of sales opportunities.
● Interface with decision-makers on a daily basis
● Attend meetings, sales events and training
● Report meetings outcomes to the management team
● Manage your client database within your assigned territory
● Work closely with potential and current customers helping them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, solar energy.
● Help interested homeowners understand the importance of solar energy while proactively earning their business.
● Own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close. Sales Representatives will be supported by the best customer service, operations and install teams in the business.
● Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy including energy cost savings, federal tax credit, and worthwhile investment to increase home value.
● Market Power Unlimited 's products and services and set up new customers
● "Sell or be Sold" mentality with in-home presentations and proposals
Requirements:
● Commit to Door to Door schedule
● Be able to efficiently communicate proposals during in-home presentations
● Willing to listen, learn, and be humble
● Minimum of 2 years sales experience
● Minimum of 2 years of door to door sales experience
● Laptop or iPad for presentations
● Reliable Transportation.
Compensation:
● $2,000/month + Base per KW, Commission VS. Draw, Uncapped/unlimited commission.
