📣 We've grown to over 20,000 users and are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to become a key member of our engineering team and help evolve Wealthyhood's investing experience across web and mobile! 🚀

😎 As a Senior Software Engineer, you will...

• Design, implement, and debug new features and products.
• Work with modern technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, React and MongoDB.
• Participate in code reviews and set the standards for software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop technical solutions.
• Ship efficient, reliable, crash-free code while working across the stack.
• Code without fear, supported by continuous builds, tests, a constructive code-review process, and a supportive culture of identifying and fixing bugs.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Continuously learn about new technologies and modern software practices.

🔝 You will thrive in this role if you...

• Have significant experience in software development and have delivered highly complex and critical software that is used by thousands of users.
• Have a product mindset, care about the business impact of what you're building and understand the importance of building scalable, maintainable software.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail and take ownership of your deliverables.
• Are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and sharing your knowledge.
• Have a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and code modularity.
• Get excited about a wide range of technical topics and dig deep into them.

💪🏽 It would be great if you had...

• Familiarity with our technology stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React, and MongoDB. (even if you don’t you should still consider applying)
• Experience with applications that have crossed the threshold of 1M users.
• Past experience at a startup.
• Experience in the fintech sector, good understanding or interest in financial and investment concepts.
• Familiarity with mobile technologies.
