- Projects
a. Ongoing and regular “bug” hunting on the User Interface, including testing
when customers identify issues.
b. Creation of project tasks – pre and post development testing and discussion.
i. Pre-development Testing – planning and specifications
ii. Task creation and capturing
iii. Ensure that development is in line with the specification,
iv. Post release testing
c. Regression Testing – post release and post deployment testing.
d. UI Improvements – suggestions and feedback from Support Queries and
Customer input.
Customer Support
a. SOP Compliance
b. Assisting with Support Queries and Customer Calls
c. Customer Liaison and dealing with enquiriesCustomer Liaison
a. New customer onboarding
b. Existing customer liaisonDevice Management
a. Quality Assurance on hardware Integrations – setting up devices on the
platform and test bench, and testing post integration – prior to release.
b. Identifying (through Customer Engagement) devices to be integrated.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- Driver’s license
- 2 to 5 years experience in the Telematics Industry
- Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office
