The Role

We are searching for a Technical Operations Specialist that has a real passion for technology and health care who can deliver on bold product implementation targets. As we continue to break into bigger deals, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, this division within AMPAworks will blaze the path for the organization's growth.

The Role:

Independent worker, can jump right into the role with minimal training or supervision
Quickly test, provision, and implement new products for customers
Build and execute a product operational workflow
Interact with other teams across AMPAworks to ensure product quality and cohesiveness
Communicate and interface with contract manufacturers/3PL, partners, and customers
