The Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic person to join our growing operations team. This person will have a can-do attitude, be task-oriented, and have a knack for finding solutions. You will interact with our members and employees on a day-to-day basis and must have a customer-oriented mindset with the ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment. A science or finance background is a plus but not required. Workplace, Administrative, Project Management, or Hospitality experience is a plus as well!

Roles & Responsibilities

Member Experience Support
Be the face of Portal welcoming our members and visitors daily. You will help to cultivate a consistently warm and hospitable environment throughout our locations
Field a variety of member requests and concerns throughout the day and escalate where needed
Provide IT & A/V support for conference and amenity areas
Actively respond professionally to all member requests
Manage the day-to-day intake of packages
Assist with tours & onboarding operations for new members.
Accurately fulfill tasks as assigned by management
Provide support with different Operation projects as assigned

Events
Support the Event Ops team with the full event cycle from setup to break down as it pertains to internal and external facing events
Assist with meeting and conference coordination including food and beverage, set up, A/V, and IT assistance

Space Organization and Workplace Management
Assist with F&B inventory and management
Assist with the implementation of space and membership software
Assist with communications for any third-party vendors
Work closely with the property management team to ensure all regulatory requirements and procedures are followed
Continually audit and organize designated space to ensure the highest member satisfaction

Education: Degree or Transferable Experience

Proficiencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite and ability to learn or train on other pertinent applications.

Schedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday
