Sign Technician

We are a Sign Manufacturer in Rowlett. We build LED Digital Displays. We are looking for a Technician who has general networking knowledge and can provide technical support on our signs. We will train the right candidate on how to troubleshoot, operate, and repair our signs. The majority of the work is in house, but there may be some travel occasionally. Typical work week is Monday-Thursday, 10 hour shifts. (40 hours a week). Candidate must not be afraid of heights.

Responsibilities:
Prepare Windows Computers to operate our signs.
Provide Technical Phone Support.
Troubleshoot and Repair sign parts sent into the plant.
Troubleshoot and Repair signs in the field.
Perform Inspection on LED signs before shipping.
Train clients on how to use their software (we will train you first).
