Betmaster is a successful iGaming product-based software company, with offices in numerous countries, now looking for an Affiliate Manager who will be working in Tallinn.

Your main assignments will be:

• Managing and growing your affiliate portfolio - negotiating deals and exposure, answering questions, and providing affiliates with logos, links, and reviews.
• Monitoring results, optimizing account ROI, organizing affiliate payments, and owning the profit of your accounts.
• Working with CPA networks: setting up post-backs & deals, creating and promoting our offers within the network.
• Ensuring accurate information and translations on our affiliate website.
• Ensuring banners and newsletters, blog, etc. are up to date and available for affiliates.
• Attending affiliate conferences and events.
• Being updated about current trends in affiliate marketing and identifying new opportunities.
• Building strong internal connections to ensure collaboration between the various departments.

To be successful in the role:

• Should have proven work experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Should have work experience in iGaming industry
• Must be able to showcase current portfolio of FTD and traffic handling
• Should have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to find and take responsibility for finding and creating new projects and business opportunities in the Affiliates area
• Must have strong connections and network with EU/ASIA/LATAM Affiliates
• Should be knowledgeable with MyAffiliates
• English and any other language proficiency level at an advanced level is required
• Should have excellent negotiation skills
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Must be enthusiastic and have a "can-do" attitude
