About the job:
As a bootstrapped startup, we are looking for a dedicated and resourceful COO to help us build and grow the company. 3600plus(+) Creative Hub is a vibrant, creative coworking and event space that serves as a hub for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses. About the Position:
The COO will set the tone for messaging and portray an organization's values, be responsible for leading and managing all operational and communications aspects. They will work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, as well as develop and implement long-term strategies to drive the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of operations, including facility management, equipment maintenance, and supply chain management
-Manage and develop the operations team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
-Implement and maintain systems and processes for efficient and effective operations
-Communicate with potential tenants, event organizers and other stakeholders to drive customer acquisition
-Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company and its events
-Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the leadership team on strategic planning and decision-making
-Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the performance of the company and identify areas for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in coworking, event management, and operations to ensure that the company remains competitive. -Identify and negotiate partnerships and sponsorships -Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities -Be responsible for cost-effective operations and revenue-generation

As a non-funded startup, it is important to have someone with a background in bootstrapping and cost-effective decision making, that can identify partnerships and sponsorships opportunities, and able to evaluate cost-saving opportunities. COO should be able to take on responsibilities that are not typically the case in more established company and often have to wear many hats, flexibility is key.

Qualifications:
-Experience/knowledge in operations management, preferably in the creative agency space, commercial property mgmt, coworking or event spaces.
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven ability to develop and implement systems and processes
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
-Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for creativity, collaboration, and community Excellent verbal and written communication skills
