The Role

CEO of 3 businesses looking for a personal assistant/executive assistant for a part time role to start immediately. This position is partially remote and once in a while in person. In person work will take place in West Hollywood, CA. Estimated to work 2-3 days a week on PST time zone. $25-40/hr but depends on experience. Applicants must speak both Spanish and English.

Ideal Experience:
G-Suite: Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar
Paying contractors and vendors from bank accounts, paypal, venmo, etc.
Zoom
Multitasking
Booking travel, flights, accommodations both internationally and domestic

*Responsibilities include: *

Personal Assistant:
Ideally has car in LA area, CEO lives in West Hollywood
Occasionally run errands, make returns
Help with dog appointments
Book flights, accommodations
Check mail and pay bills
Go through personal email and clean up accordingly

Executive Assistant:
Schedule meetings, set up zoom calls
Research
Data Entry
Checking emails
Light project management

Accounting:
Pay contractors and vendors via wire, venmo, paypal, zelle.
Track payments

Work with accountant as needed
Collect and file invoices
