Product Design Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Design high quality product from scratch
• Build a team and lead a team
• Team up with a writer/producer/community manager and come up with an inventive solution to the problem.
• Paint an engaging visual story by designing an ad, a social post, original content identity, and other formats.
• Lay it out in an original way that’d set and nurture the voice of the brand.
• Ensure that it’s realised in its best visual form.
• Share and consume inspiring work.

Ideal Candidate

• Impeccable designing and storytelling skills.
• Start-up, brand, or agency background.
• The eagerness of a learner and effectiveness of a strong communicator.
• Masters, Bachelors or Diploma in the design discipline.
• Passion/hobbies beyond airbrushing on photoshop
