BizOps Data Analyst

The project is Transportation Solution with the mission to organize all the best mobility providers in one global platform - optimizing the entire experience from booking and riding to invoicing and analytics, to save businesses time and money. Bunch Consulting is an international outsourcing IT company focused on software development and business digital transformation consulting.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years as a product analyst or business analyst.
• BA graduate in Statistics/ Math/ Computer Science/ Industrial Engineering/ Economics.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Python.
• Working experience with BI tools.
• Strong data visualization skills — able to effectively communicate performance and business impact on the broader business.
• Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them.
• Experience translating analysis results into product recommendations and business questions into an analysis framework.
• Service-oriented: Providing answers and solutions for multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and research capabilities.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with SaaS Platforms and B2B products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations (cohort analysis, user personas and behavioral cohorting, forecasting, impact analysis).
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating a visual representation of quantitative information.
• Develop and automate reports to answer repetitive questions and monitor the key metrics, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale to multiple types of Stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analytical projects.
• Analyze the performance of various solutions, and work with our product managers to iterate our solutions and meet business needs.
• Understand our strategic position vs. the competition, and work day in and day out to improve it — by providing insights that deliver value and help us execute our vision.
• Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our objectives and key results.
