Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales and marketing strategy:
2. Develop sales targets and reports
3. Plan marketing strategy and social media strategy
4. Ownership of branding and communications
5. Market research and customer insights; analyse trends to inform marketing strategy
6. Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring you meet sales goals

7. Manage resources to execute sales and marketing strategy

8. B2B sales and marketing:

9. Develop strategic partnerships

10. Sell to schools & Colleges

11. B2C sales and marketing:

12. Expand customer base for online classes, private tuition and camps

13. Improve customer traction

14. Produce customer communications and content

Qualification & Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years in marketing and promotion
• Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Excellent communicator negotiator or communication
• decision-making skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience creating and managing sales reports, budgets and forecasts
• A passion for computing education and its creative possibilities
• Ability to work independently, being proactive and wanting to actively shape our growth; we’re looking for self starters who are happy to produce content when needed.
• Experience selling online products is desired (ideally in Education).
