Position Status: Employee
Location: Bustld Office in South End
Hours: 40 hours per week. Schedule will include Saturday and/or Sunday work pending wedding schedule.

Description: The LoveStream Associate will be responsible for upholding all Bustld values, following the employee handbook and working toward achieving the goals outlined in the outcome profile.

The responsibilities will be defined based on need but will include:

• Product Management: Brainstorm and create new ways to constantly improve the product and process.
• Client Management: Available to answer client questions via live chat or email during office hours. Follow up with clients to complete needed stream to-dos. Keep accurate and timely notes of each interaction with client. Discuss up-sale opportunities with existing clients, and referrals with clients after wedding day to help drive additional sales. Assist in creation of all client final deliverables.
• Wedding Prep: Handle client planning calls and tech checks. Send out all final reminders to client, day-of contact and producer. Help build each wedding weekend schedule.
• Day-Of Execution: Handle day-of execution of LoveStream as both a producer and senior producer, overseeing producers.
• Shipping Logistics: Managing the shipments and returns of LoveStream rental equipment. Re-ordering shipping supplies. Managing equipment (warranties, etc)
• Marketing: Assist with various marketing efforts as needed, such as (but not inclusive) affiliate program, email marketing, social media, etc

Essential functions of the job include:

• Able and willing to work multiple weekends (3-5) in a row
• Proficient with email (Outlook) and Slack
• Ability to learn and quickly become proficient with internal systems
• Self-starter devoted to both internal and company-wide improvement.
• Willing to speak up and share thoughts that will improve the product, user/client experience, systems, etc.
