Senior Software Engineer - MERN full stack

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js full stack development. Your primary focus will be on developing user React.js user interfaces, design and develop JSON data exchange format, develop Restful end points (on Node.js) to serve/receive data in JSON format and also have knowledge of database queries. You should also have knowledge of following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities:

1. UI Layer
2. Developing web based user interfaces using React.js
3. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
4. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
5. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
6. UI to Middletier: Design of JSON data exchange format
7. Middletier: Design and coding for Restful services on Node.js
8. Database: Database queries on SQL databases for Insert/Select/Update/Delete operations
9. Team work and communication

Skills

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model
2. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
5. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
6. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
7. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
8. SQL capabilities
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
10. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
11. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
12. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
13. Benchmarking and optimization abilities
14. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git etc
15. Ability to ascertain and suggest new frameworks/libraries and other technology relevant to the project*
