Full Stack Engineer

Job location: Dubai (Do not apply if current location is not Dubai)

Job type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs

Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)

5+ years of Development Experience
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Strong PHP and Python development experience.
Well versed in all aspects of the DevOps process, i.e. software change control and versioning.
Must have knowledge of relational DB's (MySQL)
Experience with modern PHP frameworks
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Stripe etc)
Experience with configuration management tools
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate complicated subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in leading feature design and development, mentoring junior team members, and doing code reviews with the team
