Business Developmenty Associate

We are bridging the gap the between man and machine through the development of neuromuscular interfaces, sophisticated machine learning algorithms that can interpret movement intention, and stylish yet simple software applications. To date, our devices have impacted over 4000 people in 37 countries across the world.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate with marketing talent to help build our brand and has the exceptional ability to form strong personal relationships with customers to help take our sales efforts to the next level.

You Will:
• Plan, manage, and oversee all sales and marketing efforts
• Travel domestically for new lead generation and internationally for exhibitions
• Develop a marketing strategy for our company and next generation products
• Design and manage materials and displays for industry exhibitions
• Establish and maintain relationships with clinicians and distributors
• Develop and draft social media, email, and other marketing material
• Assess and analyze marketing efforts
• Document customer feedback and general notes from sales visits
• Present new opportunities for brand visibility and sales growth to management

Qualifications:
• 2 years of marketing experience
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, etc.)
• Social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, Website development)
• Organized, detail oriented, and hard working
• Comfort with technology, including iPad and iOS applications
• Familiarity with branding principles and customer engagement

Nice to Haves:
• Medical device and/or technology start-up experience
• Outstanding design talent (graphical, video, exhibition, etc.)
• Experience building conference/exhibition displays and booths
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM implementation experience
