Executive Assistant to Co-Founders

You will become a core part of ULUU’s team, assisting the co-founders to ensure things operate efficiently and effectively. In short, a jack of all trades.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including investors, brand partners and the general public) and manage inbound enquiries on the co-founders’ behalf.

Importantly, you will help drive ULUU’s general & administrative operations, including bookkeeping & budgeting, implementing best practices to manage invoice payments & reconciliations on Xero, payroll, tax, insurance, as well as reporting to leadership.

At other times, you will coordinate hiring processes (managing applications, scheduling interviews) & onboarding/ inductions. And you will organise special meetings, internally at ULUU, or with brands, investors and other partners, preparing briefs, minutes/ action items and executing on key deliverables from time to time.

You will also own important, ad hoc projects (lots of things popping up all the time that need someone super smart to run with!) – from special marketing events, helping to set up new labs/ offices, to research into strategic opportunities as we begin to scale up ULUU and bring the world along for the ride!
