About the Position (This job requires you to work at our office in Scottsdale, AZ, 85258. Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work)

We're looking for a rock-star Program Manager with a technical background, customer relationship management experience, and most importantly - passion and drive, to join our team.

Some technical experience (Knowledge of Python programming) is preferred and can be very helpful in being successful in this position. Time and team management skills are the most important factors.

The responsibilities of the candidate would include but are not limited to:

• Review and test code to ensure it works properly.
• Provide technical leadership, but not line management of cross functional teams.
• Make sure project meets deadlines and is completed within budget.
• Drive new products and features through the development process.
• Gather and create product requirements and specifications.
• In addition to salary and bonus, health, dental and vision and insurance will be provided.

Flexible schedule available:

• 4 day work week, 10 hours
• 5 day work week, 8 hours
• Monday through Friday

Preferred experience:

• Customer relationship management: 1 year
• Analysis skills: 1 year
• Time management: 1 year
• Program management: 1 year
