/// JOB MISSION ///

We are looking for a Growth Content Marketing Manager(B2B) to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, working very closely with our business development team. The role includes designing, optimizing, and scaling our B2B Growth Marketing efforts, through lead generation and nurturing, content curation/creation, and sales collaterals.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to work with other teams, ability to analyze strategies and needs, and generate valuable content, this means you’re always on the lookout for content gaps that need filling.

*/// ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS /// *

In order of importance

1) Lead business-to-business marketing (B2B) strategy (20% time)

  • Set annual and quarterly goals with the Marketing and Sales team
  • Creating and maintaining a streamlined content calendar that keeps the whole team on track.
  • Develop the tools and processes needed to monitor the work being done by the B2B Marketing team
  • Brainstorming new content ideas alongside the Sales team
  • Connect with the other teams, such as the Product, Sales, and Client Relations, to continuously optimize your strategy and make informed decisions.

2) Lead Generation (40% time)

  • Evolve our brand narrative to connect with our target audiences and keep the whole team accountable for the correct implementation through all our channels.
  • Inspire and direct ideas that lead to involving content across all our channels.
  • Unleash a content engine where users help on the content creation.
  • Streamline and improve the way our team develops content, with better executions coming out.
  • Flawless coordination between markets in every single piece of content coming out.
  • Develop and execute an Advocacy Strategy with our Public Relations Expert and our Social Media Manager.
  • Work with Sales to implement new initiatives that generate new leads.

3) Lead nurturing (40% time)

  • Evaluate the CRM and identify the content needs of potential clients depending on the stage of the funnel.
  • Design and co-create with Sales different strategies to increase our conversion rate of our leads.
  • Support the creation of an Inbound Marketing Strategy by building on the teams’ capacity.
  • Execute multi-format growth tactics that close the gaps in our sales funnel and answer our sales team's needs.
  • Support Sales by creating collaterals that help them better explain our value proposition.

Skills we look for in this role in particular:

Hard skills

  • Languages: native-like in English and Spanish (we will not make any exceptions here, please refrain from applying if that is not your case).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English and Spanish.
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar role (preferably in a startup).
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.

Soft skills

  • Not afraid to take on new challenges. Motivated by uncertainty and trying new things.
  • Strong project management skills as you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail: you test things yourself before making them public; you dislike when your work has imperfections.
  • Problem-solver, self-starter who can be up and running in no time after thorough company onboarding.
  • Roll-up sleeves and get work done, even when, at times, it’s outside the scope of the job.
  • You don't get easily overwhelmed or stuck in planning mode.
  • Can break down problems and think critically.
  • Resourcefulness and good common sense to approach problems efficiently.

Skills we look for in all Bridge team members:

  • Purpose alignment: This position is not just “a job” but aligns with your purpose, the impact you want to make in this world, and who you want to become.
  • Values Alignment: You embody our 4 team values: Courage, Grit, Empathy, and Gumption.
  • Culture alignment:
  • You have a start-up mindset — highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You’re not afraid to be responsible for the outcomes of your work and work independently when required.
  • You take the initiative, are results-driven, and show empathy in all your interactions with team members, entrepreneurs, mentors, and partners.
  • You have powerful emotional intelligence that allows you to quickly understand people’s needs and expectations and develop trust, engagement, and commitment in your relationships.
  • Passion for your work and lifelong learning.
  • Growth mindset and resilience to overcome challenges, understanding that systemic change requires hard work.
  • Able to juggle many responsibilities and prioritize own workload.
