Hardware Intern / Maker

The internship is paid on an hourly basis

This role will be very free-form and dynamic. We're a small team so the responsibilities will cover a wide range of disciplines. This position will show the inner workings of a young tech startup including product assembly, fulfillment, quality control, repairs, data validation, prototyping, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

-Assemble hand made electronics devices, operating power tools, soldering station, work instructions, custom assembly jigs, etc.
-Fulfilling orders for assembled products
-Utilizing quality control processes to minimize issue rates
-Handling part repairs and repair documentation
-Collecting data and validating new features
-Prototyping new/improved assembly fixtures
-Manufacturing via in-house 3D print farm

Must have:

-Good communication skills and proficient English
-Passion for STEM
-High attention to detail
