The Role:
We are currently hiring a star operations coordinator to work full-time in our Sydney team. This is a hybrid role based in Manly NSW. This role would be best suited to someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to further develop their career in a fast-paced environment. For the right candidate, this role will offer extensive development opportunities and the ability to join a high-growth startup.

*Key Responsibilities *

• Coordinating with pilots on projects
• Reviewing data sets and providing feedback to pilots
• Reviewing projects and providing support to pilots and customers
• Providing support to pilots regarding information regarding upgrades to equipment and training
• Ability to assist the Aerologix team in drone operations and be available to travel

• Demonstrates strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates initiative and provides assistance to the Operations team on a large scope of projects
• Be proactive with a strong commitment to driving a safe working culture
• Demonstrated experience and a solid understanding of aerodrome operations, compliance and regulations.
• Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) standards
• Mandatory RePL (25kg multirotor) trained
