Instructor Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end responsibility of Data Structures and Algorithms batches and handling both Conceptual and Practical Sessions, Tracking candidates performance and doing necessary follow-ups.
Build a compassionate coaching culture and improve overall course experience with a student centric approach.
Participate & promote an environment of competitive programming.

Developer Responsibilities

Contribute to engineering efforts from planning, design and development of our coding and tracking platform https://mentorpick.com
Build and deploy new user-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
Create fast, scalable, easy-to-use technical infrastructure for better user experience.

Necessary Qualifications

BTech/MTech/MCA or equivalent degree.
Strong profile in any of the online competitive coding platforms.
Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms [DSA] and their applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in conducting training sessions, seminars or public speaking
Hands-on experience with Full Stack Development
Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
