Job Description
We are looking for an enterprising Business Development Manager to be part of our team and help us in expanding our clientele. You will be representing the front face of the company and will be dedicated in creating and implementing Sales strategies.
Key Result Areas
Assist in creating and executing business development strategies for business growth
Generating leads and closing them to achieve sales targets of company for assigned technology and geography
Managing relations with current clients and increasing account value
Creating new channel partners and business avenues
Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales team (Business Analysts / Technical Analysts)
Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients
Managing performance of team members assigned
Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales
Assist in creating marketing campaigns and attend expos / events
Additional Roles:
Coaching team members
Helping HR team in building sales team
Being a brand ambassador of company
Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight
