The Role

  1. We are looking for full-time office manager and bookkeeper that can help in our Miami office with:
  2. Assisting employees and co-founders with anything needed
  3. Handling day to day tasks
  4. Ordering office supplies
  5. Onboarding new employees with software licenses, computer hardware, and training materials
  6. Running payroll
  7. Runing reports for the managers
  8. Data entry for new customers
  9. Basic bookkeeping on QuickBooks Online
  10. Helping co-founders with personal tasks outside of the office
  11. Answering incoming calls or opening the door for UPS or other vendors

About You

  8. Qualifications
  9. Must be able to legally work in the US and in our office full-time in South Beach (560 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139). You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
  10. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  11. Types at least 45 words per minute
  12. Tech-savvy and great with computers
  13. Bonus Points
  14. Any experience in the real estate, property management, or software industries is a plus.
  15. QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
  16. Speaking and writing in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

Salary is based on experience and ranges from $36,000 to $50,000 per year.
