"1. Track office and branch expenses and process expenses on timely manner

1. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
2. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
3. Ensure Control Mechanism such as - Matching of invoices to Purchase orders
4. Ensuring payment as per the defined Delegation of Authority (DOA)
5. Matching of invoices with GST returns & related compliance
6. Preparation of AP related MIS, month end schedules and provisions
7. Query handling
8. Managing of GST, RCM and TDS related compliance
9. Audit Coordination
10. Timely deposition of TDS & GST
11. Fixed asset capitalization and accounting
12. naging related internal controls
13. Posting of Expense/payment vouchers
14. Preparing Disbursement/Payment file
15. Daily CMS/NEFT/RTGS payments
16. Vendor GL reconciliations
17. Bank Reconciliation-Main & Other A/c (Monthly)
18. Maintaining of Vendors Agreement master file
19. Preparing monthly recurring expense tracker
20. Preparing Monthly provision for expense
21. Reconcile accounts payable transactions, prepare analysis of accounts"
