Front-End Developer

We are looking for a mid-level front-end developer who will:

• Work with our team to turn creative software design concepts and ideas into reality
• Work on a wide range of software challenges including; designing and building new web-portals, integrating with 3rd party applications and further develop our existing products.
• Work directly with industry leading clients to identify new product developments and resolve issues.
• Write production-ready supportable and tested code.
• Work closely with all areas of the company, from product management, through developers and stakeholders — to make sure that we are solving the right problems.

What we’re looking for:

• You're experienced in developing front-end web applications using HTML and CSS (including CSS pre-processors such as SASS)
• You’re experienced in JavaScript and have a strong understanding of JavaScript libraries such as React (preferred), Angular and Vue
• You have an eye for design, visual-aesthetics and are attentive to detail
• You know how to use design patterns to create simple and reusable components for complex UIs
• You have a good understanding of interfacing with Rest APIs
• You understand the build cycle and are confident working with tools including Node.js, Webpack and NPM/Yarn
• You have experience working with source control
• At least three years working as a front-end developer.

It would be useful if you have the following skills:
• Knowledge using CI/CD tools (such as AWS CodePipeline)
• Understanding of production deployment strategies and load balancing
• Basic experience using Unix/Linux
• Python (Flask, Fast API)
• SQL (MySQL, Postgres)
• Experience with AWS
