Spike is an ultra-social platform for 100M traders & investors. (Currently in stealth mode in Gurugram).
It is currently seed-funded and founded by 2 senior professionals: ex-cofounder of a public listed company and a senior business leader of a leading fintech company.
Spike is looking for passionate leaders who love building large scale systems to solve next generation problems.
Role:
-Own & Hire an entire technology team while being hands-on himself. Be an influencer and a respected leader to his team.
-Constantly research new technologies and tools and create quick MVPs to validate new ideas and grow into highly scalable, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems.
-Collaborate with all stakeholders and lead decision-making. Articulate and communicate.
-Exhibit the right attitude of an absolute go-getter and be self-motivated.
-Ensure a high level of quality in product development.
Requirements:
-5-8 years of relevant software development experience with consumer/enterprise large scale & high-throughput products. Development experience must span either in house development or through out-sourcing.
-Strong in high-level architectures of large scale and distributed applications. Solid in analytical & problem-solving skills.
-Experience - React.js / Node.js and Big-Data technologies. Mobile App development experience is a plus.
-Lead the team to ramp up on newer technologies such as Flutter, Blockchain, Machine Learning, AI, Web 3.0 etc.
-Practical knowledge about Agile methodologies.
-Absolutely love technology and large scale systems. Constantly looking for ways to externalize applications. Open-source community contributor or Web 3.0 expert is a big plus.
-Should be a star performer with clearly identifiable personal or professional achievements.
