Opportunity and Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for result driven and ambitious individuals to join our team and accelerate their digital marketing and technical skills. Reporting directly to the business owners, this role is responsible for running a marketing campaign to Generate Leads, Acquire new customers, retain customers, and automate the sales and marketing process. The ability to Organize, Plan and structure your workload in an autonomous manner will be absolute key to the success in this role. We neither have the time nor inclination to micromanage. You will have lots of freedom which comes with an equal amount of responsibility.

Key Deliverables
Planning and Executing marketing campaigns to Generate High-Quality Leads,
Managing Social Media accounts of the company
Maintain regular engagement on Social Media

Functions-
Co-ordinating, planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels - FB, Youtube, Linkedin, Insta, Whatsapp, Email, SEO, SEM, Website, Landing pages etc.
Manage the digital marketing team consisting of Digital Marketing Experts/Content Creator/Video and Graphics Editor
Analyzing the results and optimizing the campaign to enhance ROI
Collaborate with the business owners who will provide strategic and big picture goals
Convert the strategic vision into reality through tactical execution and implementiation

Experience: 4 to 5 years in Digital Marketing

Qualifications: MBA/MMS/PG Diploma in Marketing
Additional Qualification:
B.Tech - Computer Science
Detailed course on digital marketing

Compensation:
Fixed- 8 lacs p.a.
Variable- As per company policy
