AllSome Fulfillment (Y-Combinator W19) empower e-commerce brands to open e-commerce outlets from 2,000+ locations 50 cities in South East Asia. AllSome is looking for passionate talents to make e-commerce real & fulfilling!

AllSome is seeking for an extraordinary passionate person to join our team as a cross-functional player putting out fires as they crop up. Our ideal candidate is strategic, self-driven, a sophisticated thinker, execution-oriented, and get excited new e-commerce projects each day and meticulously getting things done.

You'll support many world-class e-commerce sellers to run awesome brands and be everywhere. This is an incredible opportunity to work for an early stage venture-backed startup and make meaningful impact on e-commerce experience and senses.

What you'll do

  • Work together with e-commerce sellers towards running successful e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Run e-commerce accounts and daily routine executions to ensure on-time fulfillment to deliver awesome e-commerce experience.
  • Execute fulfillment execution plans with warehouse, partner and cross border team to deliver fulfillment with consistency, accuracy and speed.
  • In-charge of daily outlet fulfillment and partners to act on time.
  • Run special projects as needed.

Background

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or logistics, preferably at high-growth startups.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in logistics, e-commerce, management, communication, or business preferred.
  • Experience in early-stage startups preferred.
  • Passion for e-commerce, shopping, technology, logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills - be able to clearly present and articulate executions.
  • Ability to adapt and learn fast.
  • Deliver results consistently under a tight timeline.
  • Ambitious and e-commerce experience obssessed.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly interdisciplinary environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Organized, self-started and self-motivated.
  • Flexible and focused on solutions.
