The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Associate (m/f/d) that serves as a collaborative partner amongst the Moxa Europe Sales team. This role provides a centralized point of contact to enable Operations support to enhance Sales productivity and a positive customer experience.

Purpose of this Position
• Effectively support the Sales team in selling Moxa products and services to our clients
• Managing daily requests and escalations resolution from customer and sales representatives.
• Tracking customer payments and minimize overdue invoices
• Quoting to distributors and direct accounts in alignment with the Sales Manager.
• Report, manage and maintain relevant project and customer data in CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Issue and distribute relevant reports, forecast and revenue information to defined stakeholders on schedule.
• Assist the Sales team by providing advice and information.
• Contribute to initiatives with Sales Operations scope and participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
• Education: Sustainable commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Operations or similar positions
• Language: Business fluent English and German (C-level skills) - any other major European language appreciated (French, Spanish, Italian)
• Work permit for Germany / EU

• Comprehensive understanding of sales and financial processes

• Maintenance of sales opportunities
• Sustainable business acumen, i.e. understanding of the customers' business, industry, economic trends and competition

• Team capabilities
• Proficient skills in MS-Office (in particular very good user skills in Excel) and CRM

• Used to deliver results under pressure

• Experience in distribution business
• Handling skills of SAP
