Foreman, Crew member/Laborer

Fast paced growing landscape company is looking to hire experienced hard-working landscape laborers, operators, and foremen. We have positions available for both install and maintenance. Both are year-round and consistently have 40-hour work weeks. Full benefits after 90 days. We need Drivers, people with a valid driver's license is a plus....

• Verifiable 5 years experience.
• Must have a driver's license with good driving record.
• Know how to read landscape plans.
• Must handle stressful situations and be able to direct 3-7 guys under them.
• Meet timelines of production schedules.
• Take direction from supervisor and quality control managers.
• Run a safe a clean worksite daily.
• Be able to work unsupervised and keep quality production and profit on track for each project.
• Do all paperwork necessary to ensure job safety and profitability.
• Ensure the crew is taking care of all equipment including hand, tools machines, trucks, materials.
