The Role

We are looking for a HR Lead to drive that effort across our company.

You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, delivering best-in-class candidate and employee experience.

You will:

  • Support arvolovers through scale, creating an environment where anyone can thrive, aligning our business and technical strategy with our people strategy, using data to develop best practices from 1st principles
  • Guide and support departments through employee sourcing
  • Act as a coach, partner, and confidant to arvolovers
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions on strategy and programs and ensure we are building a healthy company that is ready to grow with the business
  • Partner with CEO to develop programs that continually elevate the culture, caliber and kindness of arvolovers

You need:

  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • To be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes
  • Humilty: No task is too big or too small
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Previous experience working in technology
  • Remote working experience
  • A high energy, thoughtful, positive mindset
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Well-developed analytical and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Ability to be patient and communicate respectfully in a fast paced environment
