As an early member of our founding team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. You'll also play a critical role in Now&Me's growth and development by being a part of our decision-making processes🔥

Key deliverables for the React Native Engineer would be to work on meaningful, large-scale initiatives with a focus on autonomy to build features, be a part of the founding team, and give direction to the product along with the founders

The goal is to reach *One Million users** and build an engaged and thriving community on Now&Me in a span of ~ 1 year.*

⭐ We're hiring full-time/interns and/or IC - Individual Contributors depending upon your previous work experience.

We would love to hear from you if

• You have 1+ years of experience developing and shipping real-world React Native applications.
• 2+ years experience writing Javascript (React, TypeScript), Android (Kotlin, RxJava), or iOS (Swift, Objective-C) development frameworks and fundamentals. We don't expect everyone to be an expert in all of these, and everyone has their specialities, but the more platforms you're comfortable with (or want to learn!), the faster we can move.
• Strong product sense and pursuit for good user experience
• Experience with source control systems (prefer Github)
• Strive to craft clean, reliable, and highly maintainable code
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Web Sockets to connect applications to back-end services

What you'll do

• Work on meaningful, large-scale, mobile-first initiatives to let users to have more delightful conversations
• Architect elegant and maintainable code with a focus on autonomy and support from the team
• Build features to improve the experience specifically for mobile users
• Collaborate with design, data, and other teams to build beautiful interfaces that look great and run smoothly
