As the COO, you lead our operation team and own the entire food supply chain journey.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO and CTO in setting and driving organizational vision, company strategy, and hiring needs
Define the operations strategy and lead the food and product supply chain
Develop and improve operating processes, logistics, and work efficiency
Drive KPIs and OKRS, and empower the team to achieve them
Drive inventory and planning strategy to optimize stock levels, food waste, and product margin goals
Maintain close relationships with our partners and suppliers to understand and detect potential bottlenecks in daily operations and introduce solutions
Be a sparring partner to the C-Level and support different business topics such as Finance & Accounting, board reporting, etc.

Requirements:
Strong growth mindset: Entrepreneurship, Ownership, Urgency, Empathy, Detail-oriented, Structured, Hands-on
Deep expertise in supply chain management or logistics, ideally in B2B settings
Experience in partner/supplier handling solid expertise in handling startup/scaleup financials and investor relations
Preferable experience within the food industry
Proven domain expertise
Scale-up experience in a startup or corporate setting
Fluency in Arabic and English
