Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning and brewing coffee using different techniques
2. Developing direct relationships with customers
3. Helping our team with QC and also learning how coffee varies with different parameters.
4. To Follow drafted opening/closing SOP's as per the Cafe's requirement.
5. Giving customers the best experience and developing an in-depth understanding of coffee while taking orders and brewing

This job aims at creating a good Experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
