Technical Consultant

Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced technical associate who can provide the necessary support to the technical requirements of our clients based in India and GCC countries. The technical consultant must be an organized multi-tasker and must be able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. The goal is to facilitate the client’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long lasting development of the company. Project Implementation /ERP Implementation/Administration/Configuration/Training, Helpdesk Support software and trouble shooting, SQL database administration and maintenance, MIS/Report maintenance with different tools, Management Information System Handling, Testing thoroughly of the Software before deploying the updated version for bugs, Technical writer/ author for all Clients Documentation on the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in Software Application implementations - installing, configuring & trouble shooting software solution deployments at client locations.
• Experience including administration of Microsoft Operating Systems (desktop and/or server), Active Directory or SQL Server is strongly desired. Holding certifications in these technologies is an added advantage.
• Application development or scripting experience including any background in web development, C# and/or VB.NET, Asp.Net, Web Services.

• Experience in SQL (DML & DDL), T-SQL (triggers, stored procedures), Database programming skills (MS SQL Server/Oracle/etc).
• Good customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical, communication (written & verbal - English) skills.
• Experience in Java Technologies will be a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
