Regional Insurance Placement Manager

We are looking for Regional Insurance Placement Manager will be placed in Surabaya to do placement to our insurance company to commercial product like Property, Engineering, and Liability and can do negotiate and build good relationship to achieved excellent SLA, good commercial and full support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to do insurance placement for all insurance product requested

• Liaising and build great relationship with Insurance company and Sales Team

• Ensure quotation process and negotiating the terms, benefit, and commission with Insurance company and Sales team

• Prepare report and data for Leader and other departments

• Achieved for revenue target

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from reputable University, preferably in Insurance

• Strong networking connection in the insurance industry

• Experience as a Technical or Placement in Insurance Broker Company or experience in technical underwriting property, engineering, casualty or employee benefit at least 3 years

• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Having a degree or certificate as an insurance broker is a plus

• Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus

• Good in Microsoft Excel, word and power point

• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team

• Able to work under limited datelines
