The challenges you’ll tackle

• Build out our Corporate Services & Administration team to become a world-class and highly automated machine

• Map out global entity specific requirements and applicable statutory regulations and act as a source of guidance to other team members

• Managing global regulatory and corporate filings across our key jurisdictions (UK, Europe and US)

• Building out our accounting and tax processes and filings programme

• Own our administration deliverables such as distributions, redemptions, and transfers

• Ensure we are on top of all AML/KYC refresh projects

• Coordinate with partners and agents in other jurisdictions.

The impact you’ll have

Your mission will be to build out our Corporate Services & Administration team from scratch. You will be the first hire, and therefore you can design new automated and highly scalable processes that enhance our client experience. You will collaborate with internal teams, such as the Venture and Compliance teams to change the world of alternative investing!

Who you are

• 4+ years of experience company secretarial experience, preferably in the financial services industry

• Chartered Accountant or Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA/CGI)

• Working knowledge of Companies Law

Bonus points:

• Love venture capital and private markets

• US Securities filings

• FATCA/CRS experience
