PHP Developer

We are looking for a PHP Developer who is dedicated to the craft, writes code that they are proud of and can hit the ground running. A PHP Developer writes beautiful, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the code-base of our products in meaningful ways. You will be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Working with development team to develop and/or enhance in-house software and web applications
• Research, design, implement and manage in-house applications
• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and software requirements
• Write and implement efficient code
• Analyze and test programs and products before formal deployment
• Create technical documentation for reference
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of applications
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience building web application with Laravel
• Solid knowledge of SQL and common relational database systems such as PostgreSQL
• Extensive knowledge of Vue or React
• Experience architecting using RESTful
• Extensive knowledge of Elastic Search and in memory caching
• Familiar with AWS services such as SQS, SNS
• Experience with nodejs is a plus
• Preferred work in office
