The Role

As a Contact Center Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with various Cable Provider and Consumer Electronics customers to answer questions regarding their account. You just need to enjoy building connections, helping customers, and delivering a fantastic customer experience!

• Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers through phone, web and chat contact channels
• Understands customers’ needs and determine the appropriate course of action to meet those needs and complete customers request.
• Overcome objections by understanding consumer goals and interests
• Utilize multiple computer systems to update and log customer information
