About the role

You’ll be responsible to create, design and develop the whole analytics experience of Nilos Web application.

You’ll setup the data-collection process, the integration of 3rd applications or tools and more importantly work alongside customers, designers and the founding team to build the best product and UX.

Also, you’ll recruit and lead a team of top-tier engineers to help you create the best product.

We really value ownership and accountability, so we’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid to lead and take responsibility over its duties.

What you’ll do

You’ll design the overall service and discuss/select the technologies involved for backend & front end development with the tech team
You’ll choose, set and maintain database that are powering the service
You’ll develop the Nilos financial dashboards using blockchain APIs and external services
You’ll be responsible for developing a smart compliance system based on blockchain transaction analysis, regulations frameworks and ML algorithms
You’ll be responsible to develop an accounting reports tool, using third parties and blockchain statistics

You will be an excellent candidate if you :

Have 5+ years experience NodeJS backend and databases
Have strong communication skills and is not afraid to face clients.
Have some experience in server side API development
Have already managed a team of 3+ people
Have previous experiences in building fintech/web3 related products is a plus
Hold a BSc in Computer Science related field
Have a strong interest in web3
