Job description
At least 8 years development experience along with 4 years specifically on backend development
on python with Django
Responsibilities:
 Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
 Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard
operating procedures.
 Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
 Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations
and designing and implementing systems
 Maintaining and improving existing codebases
 Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
 Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and good
communication skills.
Experience & Skills:
 Expertise in Core Python
 Strong understating of solid OOPs based architecture
 Understanding on Web Frameworks like Django
 Good knowledge on RESTful APIs, JavaScript, Ajax, Json
 Understanding on security layers needed on API side
 Good understanding on Design Principles, Database design
 Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
 Strong knowledge in Version Control
 Good Communication skill.
