The Role

Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service experience (mechanically inclined Individual with simple assembly such as gym equipment)
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
  • 1 -3 years of e-commerce experience
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify website navigation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. OUTGOING
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Ebay, Paypal, Social Media and Google Platform
  • A positive and professional individual with the ability to ' sell ' our product "JEEP STUFF"
  • Incredible attention to detail and great administrative skills (must be able to type, conduct basic math, adopt a system-oriented mindset, and use proper grammar)
  • Have experience working in fullfillment centers such as amazon, Walmart or similar places.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with e-commerce experience, resolve issues, and promote positive brand sentiment to retain customers satisfaction. Identifies, investigates, and provides assistance with device assembly with customer.
  • Fulfill orders in shopify daily, processing, labels for shipping.
  • Help maintain accuracy of e-commerce store content.
  • Fields support calls, chats, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding product assembling, current promotions, shipping and compatibility with other vehicle models.
  • Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve issues as a team.
  • Arranges to repair or replace defective parts/products.
  • Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases.
